i like the location and its surroundings. a little far from the tram around 5 min walks but the walks itself was a very nice experiences, yarra river.

Arrived and greeted with champagne and chocolates. This is for all guests on Friday and Saturday. The beds were comfortable and the room had a fantastic view over the river. We stayed in a club room, so we were able to access free drinks and nibbles in the evening and breakfast in the morning. A large selection of food so we did not need to go out for a meal The position was great for the conference centre and the hotel has a connecting floor so you don't need to get cold. Also took some time off to shop at DFO which is next door. Will book again for our next conference.

The room we had is spacious, tidy, neat and clean. We particularly were very happy with the bathroom that has everything we need – the shower, the bathtub, the enclosed toilet cubical, and the washing sink. We had a twin bedroom. The beds were soft and comfy. We like the ceiling to floor glass wall and enjoyed the beautiful sunset view. The location is excellent for people travel to and from the Southern Cross station, even the tram. DFO and the Conversion Centre are just one step away, very convenient for the young people to do shopping. We enjoyed the breakfast too, a wide range of variety of Asian food and Aussie big brekky. The coffee and the instantly cooked omelette are our favourite. Well done, Pan Pacific and congratulations one the good job. Thank you.

The two-bedroom suite was a good size with plenty of space, two bathrooms/toilets and a fabulous view along the river into the CBD from the 19th floor.

Viiew from high floor room was excellent. Excellent walk along South Bank and eateries along the way too. Surprised to find next to hotel a basement mall with lots of branded sports shops and a food court!

Rooms were nice and clean. Nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, nice choice. Easy check in and check out.

Very spacious room with stunning views to Yarra River, very large bathroom with both a bath tub and a shower, comfortable bed and pillows, very nice staff and quickly responding to queries, amazing variety of foods at breakfast. Great location: next door to DFO if you want to go shopping and a short walk to the free tram to go to the city.

Upon arrival little glass of champagne was offered as a special occasion which was lovely. Staff all friendly. Everything was excellent (except breaky). Location was perfect for us.

I Liked the room and the location, as my booking included breakfast, I thought this was good as well. Being close to the city was an excellent location for us.
